never order this product. it is impossible to get a response or a refund. Onlione is bank is not much help either.

Well…you can definitely get a refund for this product, I know that for a fact. The trick is to not go via the 1000 Calorie people themselves. See the “How to get a ‘purchase bonus’ and a refund guarantee” section below for more details.
