How to purchase
I don't sell this product myself! I'm not the author - all the products on this site can be purchased by clicking through to the publisher's website If you now click through to their website you should find a 'buy now' link. Often it can take a bit of searching to find! It's possible that the price has changed since I wrote this review, but it shouldn't be drastically different. Often you will also see a 'deluxe' version of the product on sale (but this could have changed since the review). If you see one offered you may well want to buy that one instead. I included The Fat Loss Troubleshoot in my year-end workout review because it totally rocks. The information and insight presented is gob-stopping. It applies to anybody who has ever wondered why they’re not losing weight, or why a great new plan isn’t working anymore. Even though I didn’t actually DO the program, I gained all kinds of insight into what I did wrong for, oh, 10-20 years.
While not truly a stand alone “program” it’s refreshing to see a solid package of guidance that doesn’t present a miracle cure and is quick to point the finger at the dieter vs the diet. The book is designed from a standpoint that you’ll apply the knowledge gained when things don’t go right. Of course you could read this first and then not run into the problems to begin with, but you do what you do. As a solid source of information that can be applied to any diet that the reader wants to try out, the “Fat Loss Troubleshoot” is easy to recommend.
