I only gave this 1 star beacuse it would not accept my submission if I gave it zero stars. Zero resitance did NOT work for me, I followed the program faithfully, and did not lose an ounce, I asked for the promised refund, I am still waiting………….. beware…….it is not cheap and is a lot of money to lose for a product that does not work.

I tried this product and followed all the instructions, the last thing I did at night was listen to the tape, the first thing I did when I opened my eyes was listen to the next tape, as instructed. It did not work. As it was so expensive, I asked for my moeny back, I am still waiting.. This did not work for me, there is nothing special about it, if you want to try hypnosis for weight loss there are many more, much more reasonably priced products out there which will have an equal chance of success
